  This was our first visit since the opening and it was quite honestly faultless. The staff explained the food experience and we ordered a pork crackling bao each. Service was attentive, yet personal and really quite delightful that the owner (Nick) was on premises and clearly passionate about everyone having an excellent experience. The food was innovative, superbly cooked and beautifully presented. Staff were knowledgeable and fun, it's lovely to see people enjoy their job! Food was promptly served and cooked to perfection. A nice selection of drinks were on offer in a lovely atmosphere. I have worked in hospitality for years and quite frankly I can't wait to visit again. Outstanding!!!!
  
  P.S. - Get a couple of helpings of the Korean Fried Chicken, you won't regret it!
